Inserted with their water bill, the citizens of Forney were recently supplied with the opinion of Forney Mayor, Darren Rozell, in his News and Views monthly column entitled, “From the Mayor”. Headlining the City of Forney May 2014 Newsletter, the Mayors’ editorial entitled “Who’s Running the City?” is clearly an attempt to clarify and justify the City Hall management style of City Manager, Brian Brooks.
